VIVO-TEC debuts at LIW

Cabana Soft Drinks showed off the new VIVO-TEC™ chilled drinks machine at LIW recently.

Developed by Austrian company Asco and exclusively available in the UK through Cabana, VIVO-TEC uses a system new to chilled beverage dispensing, that of using concentrated ingredients from bag-in-box, plus a unique Brita® water filtration process.

Additionally, it features a patented whirl chamber mixing system so that consumers can not only choose either still or sparkling water in a wide range of flavours but also combine those flavours to suit individual tastes.

The machine comes in two models, the Mini 4 and the Midi 6, and both can be supplied with branded and generic cups, as well as lids and sleeved drinking straws. They can fill bottles as well as cups and an added option is a 500ml clear screw-top, sports-cap bottle which is available with generic branding.

Branding comes in any of Starburst®, Hydro iQ™ and Fruit iQ™, the Starburst flavour range – all containing real fruit juice and free from artificial colours and caffeine – including orange, strawberry, tropical, lemon & lime, blackcurrant and apple.

Fruit iQ is a low sugar generic brand option which is free from fat, cholesterol, lactose, artificial colours and caffeine and flavours include lemon & lime, tropical, strawberry and buzzberry. Further additions to the range are due in the new year. As with Starburst, Fruit iQ is enriched with vitamins A, C and E.

Hydro iQ is a further generic brand and delivers natural water complemented by a range of flavours which include strawberry, peach, apple and blackcurrant.

VIVO-TEC is available for either lease or purchase and can be supplied in both cash or cashless versions.
